About this product

Our saffron essential oil is obtained from the stigma of Crocus sativus and has a honeyed, leathery and warm aroma. Makers use it for luxury face oils, kumkumadi-style blends and festive gifting. Every lot is checked for identity and purity before it is packed in amber bottles.

Recommended usage

  • Melt and pour soap: 0.5 - 1% of base weight
  • Liquid bases (shampoo, body wash): up to 1%
  • Face oils and serums: 0.5 - 1% in a carrier oil
  • Body and hair oils: 1 - 2% in a carrier oil
  • Diffuser: 3 - 5 drops in water

Safety

Always dilute before skin use and patch test first. Keep away from eyes and children; consult a doctor before use during pregnancy.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place to protect the aroma.
